Butterfly carriers can be returned for a refund within 30 days.  Refund will be issued in the same form as payment was received.  If the carrier is returned with all components (box or bag it came in, all straps, hood & instructions) and is in new condition a full refund minus $9 (shipping fees) will be given.  *the free shipping promotion is invalidated if a return is made*  If the carrier is in used condition or something is missing a buy-back price can be negotiated.
