Customer Service Information
This is a very small home business. We hope you will find our service friendly and prompt, but please keep in mind that we are a family with small children, and the family is our first priority. When you call, you might get us and you might get our voice mail, but we will definitely return your call. Most of our products take between 3 and 10 days to ship. Occasionally, it can take up to two weeks before shoes and moccasins are shipped. We appreciate your patience, as we are assured you appreciate the quality and small-business touch of kindness!

Returns

All Beco 4th Generation and Butterfly carriers can be returned for a refund within 30 days. If the carrier is returned with all components (box or bag it came in, all straps, hood & instructions) and is in new condition a full refund minus $9 (shipping fees) will be given. *the free shipping promotion is invalidated if a return is made* If the carrier is in used condition or something is missing a buy-back price can be negotiated.

Items may be returned up to 30 days after your purchase, and must be unlaundered, clean and in sellable condition.

If you need to return an item, please drop us an email or phone us to be sure you are sending it to the proper address. Many of our items are shipped directly from the maker and need to go back there.

Soft Star Shoes - Please return shoes, with a short note of explanation and $2 (checks made to Soft Star Shoes), to the Corvalis Oregon address on the size tag of the shoe.
